17th Barrow – Coronovirus update #1
Notice to all associated with 17th Barrow Scout Group
There will be no surprise after this week’s announcements and developments that face-to-face meetings of all sections – Beavers, Cubs and Scouts – have been suspended.
Tim Kidd (Chief UK Scout Commissioner) issued an important update on the developing Coronovirus (Covid-19) situation on Monday 16th March 2020.
17th Barrow Scout Group will be making an announcement in the next day or two about how we will proceed and provide continued activities and badge work as best as we can while following the demands for social distancing.
This is the first announcement of a number we expect to make over the coming months as we try and keep everyone informed.
